As some of you may know if you've been reading my blog for a while now, I have an awful tendency to get excited for autumn and furthermore Christmas in July. Despite being a summer lover, living on the beach and having an August birthday, I absolutely adore the atmosphere of 'back to school' in September and have no qualms with Christmas shopping as soon as October strikes. So for Mulberry - one of my favourite brands - to release such an inherently autumnal campaign this morning, on the 1st July, pleases me greatly. Shot by Tim Walker and featuring the quintessentially British Cara Delevingne, the campaign presents us with all of the things about the cooler months that I like best; countryside walks, woolly scarves, thick socks and boots, and naturally, frolicking with spaniels and farmers you just discovered in a field (I jest). These shots make me want to run to the nearest mossy hill and camp out until it's time for hot chocolate and parka season; going via my nearest Mulberry store to get kitted out first, of course.
