I just booked my train tickets home for reading week and I really couldn't be more excited to get back. I've always loved where I live, but since moving to a university in the middle of the country I have appreciated my beautiful slice of the South Coast even more. Growing up by the beach is something I am so grateful for and as I flicked through some of my phone pictures of the seaside I thought I'd make a hometown appreciation post; Bournemouth Tourism, you know where I am!
All of these photos are my own and feature the stunning seaside of Bournemouth, Poole and the Purbecks. I am so excited to go back for a week and hopefully squeeze in some hot chocolates on the prom and maybe even a few meditative beach walks. To finish off this post I'm including one of my favourite songs which always reminds me of home. I found this song on the pilot episode of The O.C. many years ago and the fact that I've started the show all over again is making me crave coastal fun and a gorgeous soundtrack even more than usual!
I hope you enjoyed reading this and be sure to check back soon for some more fashion and beauty-related posts. Lest we forget that February means one thing for fashion fans around the world; show time is coming and I will be writing about my favourite collections of the season as soon as they get going. Happy Sunday everyone!
