Vera Wang | Autumn/Winter 2014-15: Ready-To-Wear, NYFW

I love the way that this collection has added feminine details to a hard, masculine base. Dark, oversized and overall far from conventionally effeminate, Wang has kept the collection from becoming outright grungy by adding stunning pieces of embellishment. From the simple brooch on the first look to the more overt beading on Malaika Firth's look (which just so happens to be my favourite - magpie), this collection certainly means business, but it still retains beauty and elegance among all that darkness.
