The 9 year is a year of clear outs; decluttering, abandoning bad habits/people/attitudes, and generally making room for all of the wonderful new things to come in the following year. This will last until next August, when my 20th birthday will come around (how terrifying), meaning that Warwick Year Two will consist of a tidy, organised, hard working Lauren. Hopefully.
So in the spirit of my new womanhood, I have made a list of New Year/Nine Year resolutions. Make me stick to them please.
Become (and stay) tidy
Read books in advance, NOT the night before the seminar
Read around the subject and for leisure
Read every article in Vogue, don't just look at the pretty pictures
Go to lots of galleries and museums
Become fluent in French (again)
Go for FREQUENT runs
Eat healthily and learn to cook properly
Sketch, paint and design more
Meditate and start yoga
Become financially independent and in control of shopping urges (maybe don't hold me to that one...)
Shop wisely - investment buys, NO primark
Learn to spend save money
Sing in public
BLOG MORE
If I stick to all of these, I will be the tidiest, most intelligent, most fashionable, fittest, cookiest, relaxed, rich, musical, French speaking woman EVER.
Easy.
